The Association of Social Solidarity of Sobral de S. Miguel has as its social objective to provide assistance to the residents of the parish of Sobral de São Miguel and others, especially to children, the elderly, the disabled, and the poor, maintaining, for this purpose, activities such as kindergarten, day center, home support, nursing home for the elderly, leisure activities, youth support, and library.
