From 7 to 12 February, Cerdeira - Home For Creativity is holding a Wood Carving course, led by Kerstin Thomas and Renato Costa e Silva.

Taking place in the Aldeia do Xisto of Cerdeira, the workshop uses a mallet and chisels and introduces the chainsaw and powertools, offering a different way of carving and working with wood.

With the support of the craftsmen, each participant will design their own project, plan and choose the right raw material and tool for each step of the process. If you already have a project in mind, you can contact the trainers in advance for more appropriate support.
