There are 14 cycle routes, totalling about 230 km, with four levels of difficulty, which make it possible to ride through almost the entire municipality, cycling in the midst of nature, gazing at pine trees, oak trees, chestnut trees... different colours and different scenery throughout the year. Endurance, Downhill and XC are the types of MTB you can practise on these trails.
The Trail Running courses run through the mountains, taking advantage of the natural riches, and provide unforgettable experiences such as spotting a deer, a wild boar or a squirrel, smelling the scent of different species of flora, listening to the chirping of birds... feeling the challenge of climbing, ascending, running alongside a water course, going down steep paths. These four signposted routes offer 90 km of variety, with different levels of difficulty, and provide the opportunity to discover the schist territory, the network of castles and walls of the Mondego, the religious heritage of Semide, Senhor da Serra and Senhora da Piedade de Tábuas... Riding through the streets of the historic centre of Miranda do Corvo, through the green routes that link the town to the mountains, discovering the beautiful and refreshing waterfalls, is to accept an enriching challenge.
Become inspired and traverse this area, taking the opportunity to prepare yourself for the famous Vultures Trail.
