The Schist Village of Sobral de São Miguel, in the municipality of Covilhã, hosts yet another edition of Gastronomic Easter. Scheduled for April 8, the initiative takes place at the headquarters of G.D.C.S "Os Galitos da Serra", starting at 3 pm for a session of traditional games.
The event includes the 2nd edition of the Sobral de São Miguel Soup Contest. Registration for the competition runs until April 2, with the right to a kit offer. The best soup is elected by vote. Entries are made via private message via the Facebook page of Os Galitos da Serra, email galitosdaserra@gmail.com or in person with the members of the Board.
